Alejandro Ruelas

Alejandro is the CEO and founded LatinWorks, now known as THIRD EAR. It has grown it to be one of the most respected specialized advertising agencies in the industry. His agency successfully sold minority ownership to Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) in 2006, and in 2008 LatinWorks acquired Dallas-based agency Cultura. Clients the agency has served include Lowe’s, Target, PepsiCo, AT&T, and General Motors among others. Prior to LatinWorks, Alejandro spent over a decade as a marketing executive at Anheuser-Busch. He also served as an Alternate Director of the Board at Grupo Modelo, a publicly traded Mexican beer conglomerate. A graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, Alejandro also holds an MBA from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, where in 2010 he was honored with the Olin Distinguished Alumni Award.
